My hands dip into a basket of BEADS and I picked up a bead by Kerr, Stephen.

Kerr wrote on ASKING QUESTIONS about TECHNOLOGY and the SOCIAL WORLD of EDUCATION. This type bead was produced in 1985. Already back then, the issue above had / have been brought up. Now, it is a much discussed topic. Now is 2008.  And here I am thinking this issue is a recent as in late 1990s.
